If something arrives damaged, I will be more than happy to assist you with all your questions and needs.    

YOU ARE REQUIRED TO NOTIFY US BY TEXT OR EMAIL IF YOU DO NOT RECIEVE YOUR ORDER WITHIN TWO WEEKS. 

We take pride in shipping all our orders out in a timely fashion.     We have a very busy website and there is too much work involved to research if your order is more than a month, two and especially 6 months or more overdue on arrival.     It is your responsibility to let me know if it hasn't arrived within two weeks.     


We will be cutting back our hours of operations and also the amount of graphic designs we will produce for other agencies.    This has become another full time job and it has taken a toll on my health family life.   I will also be taking a 4 day maximum lead time for processing all orders.     Some will be done right away and some as I can get to them.     PLEASE understand that I do not wish to close the business permanently if my health  or family life fails again.

RETURNS

Should something need to be returned, you will have to pay for its return, and I will be more than happy to replace the item.  

  SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE. 


Refunds 

Refunds are handled on a case by case basis.  Contact me and notify me of any issues and I will respond as soon as possible to address your concerns.


Payment Options 



I prefer debit card payments be made through VENMO.   Simply get your order together and choose to pay with other option.  A payment can then be sent by texting us at our number for venmo instructions.  Please refer to order number.    


Paypal

Debit or credit card payments be made through paypal.   Simply place your order and pay using the paypal option.  A no fuss nothing else you need to do option.

IF WE SEE YOU HAVE PLACED AN ORDER TO BE SHIPPED OUT OF THE U.S.A. WE WILL CANCEL YOUR ORDER UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS ARE MADE.


Mail in Check or Money Order

I would be more than happy to receive a check in the mail.   Simply print out you order form and send in with your check.    I do however request that you contact me, so that I may remove your items from inventory to reserve them for you, prior to you sending me a check.  all personal check or money orders will be delayed until items go through the clearing house.   

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

I reserve the right to cancel any order at any time as I see fit.  Should an order be cancelled after a payment has been made all funds will be returned minus the cost of any items that may have been shipped already to you the buyer.
