This is a 3" x 2.25" Challenge Coin. The front features the NYS VFW patch style design from many years ago. The reverse of the coin features the a grim reaper hoovering over a cemetery in NYC which is where the unit was originally based. The coin also features a background of the NYC Skyline. This was a coin designed by us.
